Attorney Sanford I. Millar is a certified specialist in taxation through the California Board of Legal Specialization. For more than 40 years, he has focused his practice on domestic and international tax issues. A graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, he went on to earn an M.B.T. (Master’s in Business Taxation) from the University of Southern California Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Millar has been recognized in the legal profession for his outstanding work in the tax law field. He has served leadership roles in several professional organizations and taught on various tax law topics. Mr. Millar has been selected for inclusion in California Super Lawyers since 2006, a reflection of his outstanding success.
